A technology partner and business owner reviewing a roadmap together

Part-time technology partner

A hands-on technology partner for your business.

We learn how your business works, shape a practical digital path and implement approved milestones without requiring a full-time technology team.

Not a report that sits on a shelf. Not an on-call support plan.

The work begins with a versioned description of your business and continues through approved milestones that AlphaBlue helps implement.

Understand the business

Document the business model, market position, workflows, systems and current constraints for your review.

Shape the digital path

Turn the most urgent pain points into a practical sequence of decisions and initiatives.

Approve before execution

Every material initiative is documented and approved before implementation begins.

Build or buy with discipline

If an existing product is a better economic fit, we recommend procurement and integration before custom development.

Partner, full-time technology leader or internal team?

The right model depends on how central technology has become, how often decisions are needed and how much continuous execution the business can support.

Technology needs should determine the operating model, not the title a provider wants to sell.

PARTNER is designed for planned progress. It is not a substitute for daily internal leadership, a staffed product organisation or emergency support.

Ongoing progress without a full technology organisation

Work with a Technology Partner

Choose this when you need business understanding, a practical digital path and hands-on delivery, but the work can advance through planned milestones rather than daily technical leadership.

Daily ownership, hiring and internal coordination

Hire a full-time Technology Leader

Choose this when technology drives core revenue or operations and one accountable leader must make frequent decisions, manage people, budgets, vendors and operational risk from inside the business.

Continuous work across several disciplines

Build an internal technology team

Choose this when multiple systems or products move at the same time and development, quality, infrastructure, data or support have become permanent operating capabilities.

A Partner should help you grow into the right internal capability.

When the business outgrows the Partner model, AlphaBlue can help shape roles, support recruitment, prepare operating records and transfer the work to a full-time leader or internal team.

Continuity belongs to the service, not one individual.

AlphaBlue organises the work so normal personnel changes do not erase context, hide progress or force the customer to restart the engagement.

Your approved business baseline, decisions, milestones and delivery evidence remain the operating record regardless of who performs the next piece of work.

Approved business baseline

The business model, workflows, systems, constraints and agreed direction are documented and reviewed with the customer.

Milestone and decision trail

Every active milestone records its outcome, approval, current state, unresolved questions and next action.

Transferable delivery assets

Code, configuration, technical notes, access boundaries and deployment information are kept with the work, not in a private conversation or one person's memory.

Coverage and transparent replanning

AlphaBlue coordinates the appropriate delivery role, prepares handover context and communicates early when a material resource change requires a revised schedule.

No responsible provider can promise that every personnel change has zero scheduling impact. AlphaBlue commits to preserving context, evidence and a controlled path for the work to continue.

Every month is planned around milestones, not a list of hours to spend.

Hours remain visible as a capacity and accountability reference. The work you approve and review is expressed as milestone outcomes.

  1. Step 1

    Business Baseline

Create and maintain the agreed description of how the business, workflow and systems work today.

    Output: Approved baseline

  2. Step 2

    Digital Path

Prioritise the smallest useful changes and record why each one matters now.

    Output: Reviewable roadmap

  3. Step 3

    Monthly milestones

Approve the work to advance, then allocate planning and implementation capacity to it.

    Output: Approved monthly plan

  4. Step 4

    Evidence and review

The ledger records completed outcomes, evidence and the actual Senior Partner and Implementation hours used.

    Output: Weekly report and ledger

A month should leave a visible operating record.

The report starts with milestone outcomes and evidence, then shows the actual Senior Partner and Implementation capacity used.

Move customer enquiries out of personal spreadsheets

The month established an approved enquiry baseline, selected the first practical change and delivered a reviewable intake workflow.

Next decision

Review the first month of enquiry data before selecting a CRM.

Continue the shared workflow, inspect adoption and exceptions, then decide whether configuration, integration or custom software is the smallest justified next step.

Sample data for demonstration. Actual capacity is recorded by milestone and reflects work performed, not the plan's equivalent maximum hours.

One capacity, allocated to the plan

Equivalent to a maximum of 30 Senior Partner hours or 80 Implementation hours each billing month.

These are equivalent endpoints of one monthly capacity, not additive hour banks. AlphaBlue assigns the mix according to the approved milestones, risk and quality responsibility.

Senior Partner work

Business analysis, customer meetings, requirements, solution design and milestone shaping.

Implementation work

Configuration, integration, coding, testing, documentation and deployment within the approved plan.

A milestone-first ledger

See the outcome and evidence for each milestone, followed by the actual role-specific time used.

No rollover or public overage bank

Unused monthly capacity expires. Fixed commitments can reallocate future capacity only by written mutual agreement.

One service. The commitment changes the rate.

The first three paid months are month-to-month at S$3,000 per month. From month four, a longer commitment lowers the average monthly cost.

12-month commitment

An early-client market-test rate, not a permanent published promise.

A steady working rhythm without creating an on-call expectation.

A written weekly report and a fixed review meeting of up to 30 minutes keep priorities visible. Additional meetings require an agenda and at least one full business day of notice.

  • Bookable meetings are normally available from 09:00 to 19:00 SGT
  • Meetings are available in English, Mandarin or Thai
  • Async messages are normally acknowledged within one business day
  • Helpdesk, 24/7 support and emergency response are not included
